Makes about 3 dozen cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves (optional)
2 cups chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin together.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
4. Slowly add the flour mixture to the batter.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
