½ banana
Handful of fresh spinach
1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt (Buy the brand that provides a full 24g protein per serving. Read the labels!)
1 Tbsp local honey
Orange Juice
Blend up and serve. It will be big! Extra-large smoothie for an extra-large belly.

Homemade Rootbeer
Recipe courtesy of Allrecipes
Modified Slightly

Makes approximately 30 servings
Recipe can be doubled
INGREDIENTS
1 gallon drinking water
2 liters seltzer water
3 - 3 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 - 2 ounces Root Beer Concentrate
(I used McCormick)
2 1/2 lbs of dry ice
DIRECTIONS
Over medium heat, dissolve sugar in 1/2 gallon of water.
In a large cooler, mix together the sugar water, seltzer water, and remaining drinking water. Stir in the root beer extract. Carefully place the dry ice into the cooler, and cover loosely with the lid. Do not secure the lid, as pressure may build up.
Let the mixture brew for about an half-hour before serving.
