Autumn Apple Salad


Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS
4 tart green apples, cored and chopped (peeled also, if desired)
1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together the apples, almonds, cranberries, and yogurt until evenly coated.
