Menu: January 15 - 21

After a fun conversation on Facebook, I've decided to post my weekly menus here. It will be helpful for me to look back on previous menus and get ideas for future menus. We'll see if I stick with this... here's hoping!

I don't usually assign meals to certain days. I have an idea of when I'll make what, but it's subject to change. :)
