Blueberry Compote

INGREDIENTS

2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 water
1/4 sugar or splenda blend

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the blueberries begin to break apart. The syrup will be thin.

Goes great on top of Crisp and Golden Waffles!
