Serves 6-8
Ingredients
3-4 cups, cooked, shredded chicken meat*
1 1/2 cups halved red grapes
1 cup chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix together grape halves, celery, onion, and nuts. Add chopped chicken.
2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise with paprika and seasoned salt. Add to chicken mixture a little at a time until it reaches desired moisture.
3. Season with black pepper to taste. Chill 1 hour.
*Make it easy on yourself and pick up a grocery store rotisserie chicken.
